We have access to a wide panel of insurers to enable us to provide you with the best possible quote. This panel includes Aviva, Groupama, Fortis, MMA and ARAG. You enter your details once and we do the rest.

Are the prices the same as going direct to the insurer?
We have developed strong relationships with our insurers, so that you can benefit from a cost saving. The quotes you see on Constructaquote.com will often be more competitive than if you go direct. Some of the products are not available direct from the insurer, but are offered exclusively to customers of Constructaquote.com!
Why is there a difference in price between insurance quotes?
Not every insurance company quotes competitively for every type of risk, it makes sense for each company to focus on a specific corner of the market as opposed to them all competing for the same business!
Will all the policies you find have the same level of cover?
Providing that you input your information into our quotation system accurately, the panel of insurers that display their prices will fit your needs. What is No Claims Bonus (NCB)?
A no claims bonus is a discount given by an insurer to policy holders who do not claim on their policy in a period of insurance. You usually start to receive a discount when you have been claim-free for a period of one year. The total reward for no claims may differ between insurance companies in both number of years and the amount of discount received. You can protect your NCB from reducing in the result of a claim.
What if I haven’t got a No Claims Bonus with my current van policy?

How can I lower the cost of my insurance?

How do I make a claim?

What does ‘new for old’ mean?
This means that the insurance company will replace what you are covered for with one of the same make and specification where possible.
When will I get my policy document?
Once you have successfully processed the payment on your policy, you will be sent two e-mails confirming your insurance cover. The first will provide you with a secure link which you need to click on to take you through to a secure portal. For security, we’ll then send you a second e-mail containing a password that enables you to enter the portal to download your policy documents, save them to your computer and print at your leisure. You have 24 hour access to your policy documents for 3 months, which means you can reprint them if necessary, providing no changes have been made.
