Small firms should grab hold of unemployed

Small businesses have started making the most of the unemployed, official figures show.
The Office for national Statistics (ONS) can reveal that the UK unemployment level fell to 2.46 million in June of this year, owing to small businesses.
The decline came after the number of employed people increased by 184,000 to a massive total of 29 million, marking the biggest quarterly hike since the three month to May 1989.
Employment rose as the number of part-time workers lifted by 115,000 in the quarter to a record 7.84 million. This suggests that more people are struggling to find full time permanent jobs.
The ONS said there was also a boost full-time workers, up by an encouraging 68,000 to 21.2 million in the quarter to June.
Employers’ liability insurance holders should consider focusing on expanding their workforce. Not only will this further improve unemployment figures, it will enhance their overall business trading. Productivity should increase while in turn strengthening profits.
